At Jolphoring, we accept returns or exchanges only under specific conditions: if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, if the wrong item is received, or if an apparel item doesn’t fit and an exchange size is available. To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Due to hygiene and the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for earrings or other pierced jewelry, custom-made or personalized items, sale or discounted products, or for minor imperfections that naturally occur in handmade items. To request a return or exchange, please email or message us on WhatsApp/Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order and include your order number, product photo, and reason for return. Once we confirm eligibility, we’ll guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable courier, as we are not liable for lost parcels. Refunds for approved returns will be processed either as store credit (valid for 6 months) or as a refund to your original payment method (on request, minus shipping). Exchanges depend on stock availability; if an item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund or store credit accordingly.
